Musk can be very emotionally turbulent like a toddler and even though he has said he hates crypto, he can easily change his mind. The market is not taking this into account it seems. I think the main issue is his lack of technical competence in somehow being unable to implement this (even though it should be extremely easy). But he can afford to hire people who know how to do it if he shuts up and lets them work.

@BowTrix more likely he just shitposts about dogecoin more at some future date, and this market goes crazy in anticipation only to fizzle out as he fails to follow through
