Self-crowned monarchs are all the rage. Will Poobah rise to power (or delusion) and claim the Internet throne by end of day Monday?

Resolution criteria:

Resolves YES if Poobah publicly declares himself “King of the Internet” in a post, comment, video, stream, or any reasonably public forum before 23:59 UTC on Monday. Word-for-word phrasing not required, but intent must be clear.

Resolves NO if no such declaration occurs by the deadline.
