There have not been any Prize Points markets for a while. This market will resolve YES on the day after a prize points market is created again, or an already existing market is granted prize points status. All other dates after that will also resolve yes. The time zone used will be Eastern Time.

@traders To match the word "before" in the title, the rules have been edited from "YES on the day that a prize points market is created again" to "on the day after a prize points market is created again."
