Resolves YES if there are at least 20 markets in the category "Cabbage" by midnight, Sept. 1 CT. I will not count markets if it doesn't make sense for them to be in the Cabbage group (i.e. the market has nothing to do with cabbage and was seemingly put in the group either by accident or to manipulate this market). I also won't count unlisted markets. I will count all market types, including bounties and polls.
