Any objections to a YES resolution? The Iowa Caucus was a week ago, so the votes are definitely all counted, and no new information has come out suggesting that there could be a mistake.

@Joshua I'm not sure when we'll know for sure whether this is the final total or if there are a few more to count. AP says 99% counted, but they don't show any county with >99%, so that probably just means that they never show a percentage greater than 99%, to account for the possibility that there might be some votes that for whatever reason haven't been reported yet.

AP had to add a new color palette to the legend to show Haley-won counties, even though there's only one.
