Given that guidelines make it impossible for any federal case that effects politician candidates to start within weeks of an election, and given recent rulings and motions in cases, it is now obvious that this should be resolving to NO.

@Pjfkh I think you should have waited until November 5 to resolve, as explicitly said in the description.

@BrunoParga Good point. It has actually been absolute zero chance for several weeks, I just don't log into manifold that often and won't be able to much over the coming week or so, and will be travelling (out of the US) on November 5th so thought I wouldn't be able to resolve then.

Now that Florida is gone, the DC trial could feasibly start before the election.

The description as currently written is confusing. What I get from it is:

The question resolves YES whenever jury selection starts in any of the mentioned cases, and if it still hasn't resolved on November 5 it resolves NO.
