The size or architecture of the model doesn't matter; even if it is a very small AI for a test run, it still counts.
Resolves NO:
An official statement from OpenAI or Sam Altman denies that OpenAI is trying or has already run AI on quantum computers.
The year 2024 ends without meeting the YES criteria.
