With UNC drawing into the "First Four" play-in round, this resolve to "Yes" if they win and make it to the 64-team tournament, and will resolve to "No" if they lose.
Trading will close at midnight on Mon. 03/17, one day prior to their matchup.

Given the abundance of conflicting information, I am giving everyone their money back.
