Could you clarify what qualifies as "non-English language"? E.g. would "Anatomy of a Fall", which was primarily non-English but had a fair amount of English dialogue, count?

(And I assume it's clear but 2025 Academy Awards refers to "held in 2025", awarding films from 2024 right?)

@Ziddletwix The recording of the original dialogue track as well as the completed picture must be predominantly (more than 50%) in a language or languages other than English.
