I just realized, if someone goes into civil disorder we need another Manifolder as replacement. I guess this question is a good place for people to show interest.

Does an excused case of missing orders resolve yes? or only unexcused?

@AnthonyPeterson only missed orders that result in a civil disorder, so this excused missed order does not count.

@PedeJo Thought so too. However, @Jack_Rose now used up their one excuse. Next miss by Austria means civil disorder.

The description does not match the title. I assume „Resolves YES“ should be „Resolves NO“.
