Resolves as no if he doesn't have any blue in his hair on the first stream in March 2023

Edit: For clarity: If he starts the stream on Feb 28th with blue hair and it's a long stream that goes past midnight, then he shaves his hair before his next stream (the first stream starting in March) then it will resolve as NO as that stream with blue hair STARTED in February not March.
