NO

Using Wolfram Alpha I have generated a random number p, from a uniform distribution in the range [0,1]. This is the probability that my coin comes up heads on any given flip.

I will flip my virtual coin by typing

"1 coin toss with probability p" into Wolfram Alpha. So the coin will land heads with probability p. (If there is an easier way to do this on a phone let me know)

On the closing date of this question I will flip my coin, and this question resolves YES if it comes up heads.

For every 10M you send me as a managram, I will flip the coin once and send you the result in a private message. I will also periodically announce publicly how much mana I have received in total.

You can use this information to estimate p. This feature closes at midnight (GMT+8) the night before the closing date, any bounties added after that time will not count.

I will not bet on this market.

I learned a bit about Bayesian statistics researching this. Thanks @Paulf4db 😊

I have received 200 mana in total

I made another market on whether Manifold will be successful at this market.

I've bought 10 test flips.

Send me 2N mana and I will send you N flips. (so all 10 flips for 20 mana)

I will not send you the first N flips. I will choose them nonrandomly. If you want to be guaranteed an accurate impression, you will need to buy all 10 flips.

It's going to be heads no I'm not sending you any mana
