On October 11, the @CbzManagement Twitter account told an extraordinary story of gang takeover of their properties, and a lack of government response:
https://x.com/CbzManagement/status/1844823369394376838
This was met with significant skepticism. Among other things, some point out that the account was two weeks old when tweeting this, and seems to have no address or phone number.
This market resolves YES if, at resolution time, I believe on the balance of probabilities the conjunction of:
This twitter account belongs to a firm that also rents out property
that in particular owns the property seen in this video footage https://x.com/CbzManagement/status/1844823374968590656
which is in Aurora, Colorado
and the first picture is of an employee of that firm

@retr0id ok, one concrete inconsistency: he's faced directly towards the camera. the right edge of the right lens shows a high degree of diffraction, as if he has a relatively high lens prescription, allowing you to see the side of his head twice (which is normal, on its own). but the left edge of the left lens does not show this effect, as if it had a weaker prescription.
It's possible he has a completely different prescription for each eye but that feels unlikely?
Secondly, the point where the arms of the glasses disappear into his hair feels very abrupt.

hard to tell from the heavy compression (almost looks like a still frame from a video?), but the decorative marks on either side of the glasses don't seem to match each other - one is more pointy and one is more rectangular
@retr0id hmmm, even if the image might have been manipulated, I think the company is real, so I suppose the market would still resolve YES
No direct answer yet, but their website now links the Twitter page:
My final analysis is below. Selling now bc I don't have a reason to wait until resolution to get 3 more mana. The statements are consistent with the company's statements in other venues, and while the company has been impossible to reach directly so far, the linking and consistency makes it hard to see a path towards faking.
Obviously the account was created to discuss the specific issue so the fact of being new is weak evidence against authenticity.
Regarding the property ownership, the addresses mentioned at least line up with the addresses advertised on https://www.cbzmanagement.com/colorado-availability
Still, that would not establish that they have anything to do with the Twitter account specifically.
