Just want to put it out there that I am perfectly comfortable with the the time that has already elapsed without resolution, and will continue be to unbothered until at least tomorrow and realistically beyond that.

@JoshuaWilkes I don't really have a problem with time elapsing but I also think moderators should just resolve when it's clearly indisputable

(although I recognize that I have more liquidity than most)

@SemioticRivalry Mods resolving clear cut markets seems fine although I'm not sure it's a welcome extra-workload for them?

@JoshuaWilkes I would not mind it, but it is also a bit discouraged that a mod resolve a market they are involved in. But imo some categories, like sports, I feel we should be able to resolve quicker than any other market on Manifold since its is so clear cut and a mod resolving who is trading in it would be dumb to resolve wrong and risk losing the mod status.

If you make football score markets, you have to resolve them more promptly.

@FrederickNorris With sports markets, I have the mantra of "If you are not watching it yourself, than don't make a market about it" 😂

@SirCryptomind Especially where it closes early, and you can't trade on it. It's just irresponsible.
