Currently (as of 12/1/23) have a BMI of ~27 due to a long-term injury which put me out of commission. Injury is fully healed now, but the weight needs to come back off. I am quite optimistic about achieving this goal.
I will enter in an exact BMI measurement on the 21st of each month beginning December 2023. Check the comments for that.
If there is some health reason that makes me seriously think I shouldn’t lose this much weight, I will resolve this early to “no,” but otherwise an early “yes” resolution is only possible if I consistently weigh in at or under a 21.0 BMI three times in a week before the indicated date.
