Hi, great question. The only news I've seen about Williamson was calling for an open / contested convention and then announcing she failed to meet the deadline to challenge Harris. I will write more specific criteria but so far I don't think Williamson would have counted.

Right. That was the day she suspended her campaign. But she was technically competing after restarting her bid back when Biden was still running

I consider that running against Biden, not Harris.

But she clearly still continued her campaign after he dropped out.
