The resolution will be based on the announcement of a lawsuit or legal settlement by a reputable news source, or an official statement from Microsoft confirming the lawsuit or legal settlement.

@wustep I guess one could argue ChatGPT isn’t Microsoft, so maybe I’m not sure how this would resolve if Bing, GitHub, etc, eg is using GPT.
