This market will resolve YES if:

• Donald Trump awards the Presidential Medal of Freedom to at least one person who either:

  • Was physically present at the U.S. Capitol during the January 6, 2021 riot

  • Has been charged with crimes related to the events of January 6, 2021

The market will resolve NO if:

• Trump completes his second term without awarding the medal to any January 6 participants

• Trump leaves office before completing his second term and no such awards were made before his departure

Considerations

• The award must be officially conferred during Trump's second presidential term (2025-2029)

• Prior statements or promises to award the medal do not count toward resolution

• The recipient's participation in January 6 events must be verifiable through court records, video evidence, or other reliable documentation

• If before market close a Trump medal recipient is discovered to have participated in January 6 events, but this was not known at the time of the award, the market will still resolve YES
