Resolution
ISW will be used as the definitive source for question resolution. To be considered under Ukrainian control, the entire of the village (as marked in grey on the ISW map) must be marked as under Ukrainian control in the 15th October ISW update (which usually happens at around 9-10pm GMT every day). If any part of the village is not marked as under Ukrainian control in that update, the question will resolve as 'no'.
The question will close on 14th October.

@EvanDaniel It's a bit hard to give you a link for this because it's a small village that is not really visible on the zoomed out ISW twitter updates and there was nothing significant going on there, so it wasn't mentioned around the close date. It can be somewhat seen here in the update for the previous day. This is how it looks now on the ISW map and I think it was the same when I was betting on the market and when it closed (I checked before commenting here, of course):
