Background

Poland accused a Belarussian helicopter of crossing the border on 1st August, and Belarus accused a Polish helicopter of crowing the border on 1st September.

Resolution

This question will resolve as yes if either Poland or Belarus makes an official accusation of another crossing. It does not matter whether or not there is evidence. The reaction of the accused side does not matter. Spies, "unofficial" soldiers, mercenaries or similar will not count.
