Reddit is going through some stuff and Lemmy looks like a potentially viable alternative, so I'll be trying it in the next few days. I currently post fairly regularly to Reddit but I can imagine moving sites if using Reddit becomes less pleasant.
Obviously Reddit has a strong pull in the form of existing communities, and part of my sticking with Lemmy would involve communities migrating or forming alongside me.
The resolution criteria will be YES if I post at last 10 comments or links on any Lemmy instance throughout May 2024.
To avoid biasing the market I will not invest myself.

This was actually much close than I might have guessed, I made eight posts in May. I have significantly cut back my redditing, retaining activity on only a single sub. Lemmy is quite quiet but I do lurk there fairly frequently. It just so happened that a few things tickled my interest in the last month. Maybe one day Lemmy will have enough traffic to sustain my interest solo, for now it doesn’t feel bad to have a foot in both camps.
