Sol Ring is the face of the format. It's also heinously overpowered. Will it be banned?

Currently, this would resolve based on https://magic.wizards.com/en/banned-restricted-list, but I may resolve based on other sources if the de facto banlist changes, or some other change is made that I deem equivalent to a ban.
