Inspired by @Shump /Shump/will-shump-manage-to-halve-the-time

At the end of January I will ask @chrisjbillington to run his script. If I end up getting less than half of the buckets from December (1260, 27.3%), this will resolve YES.

Like @Shump, I plan to donate most of my balance to charity, which might help. I will also reduce notifications. I have projects for the new year that I hope to spend more time focusing on. I will not retire in January or in the foreseeable future. But I would really like to not find myself in the top 10 of most active users again.

This is a motivation market. As such, to prevent manipulation, I will only be allowed to buy YES, and I will not be allowed to sell it.
