'Maltese' wasn't an option at the resolution time, so I added it myself with M$1 before resolving. I didn't sell any of my other bets.
I'm not super happy with that solution but it seemed the least bad of the options available to me. If you have a different opinion on what I ought to have done, I'd be keen to hear it.
