@retr0id True. If you think that possibility is big enough to warrant reopening and extending the close date, you could ask mods. I think it's veeery unlikely and if it really happened, we could ask for a correction of the resolution.

I think they're unlikely to do this, for a bunch of reasons:
It'd be extra hardware that adds extra cost, and Nintendo aims for a very aggressive price point.
Most games won't use it.
Most uses of it would have both privacy implications and content-moderation implications, which Nintendo tends to want to avoid wherever possible.
