After a recent World Naked Bike Ride event in Madison, WI in which a minor participated, a pair of bills have been introduced in the Wisconsin Senate with the intent of ensuring that such events can be legally prevented and criminally prosecuted in the future. See here for the Naturist Action Committee's summary of the situation (with the expected bias, given the source).
The two bills in question are:
Senate Bill 477, which prohibits children from attending events at which adults are nude, and also prohibits photographing children at any such event.
Senate Bill 478, which modifies the state's indecent exposure law to require that exposure be "intentional" rather than "indecent."
Will either of these bills become law in Wisconsin? Each option resolves YES if the associated bill becomes law, and NO otherwise.
For purposes of this market, "becoming law" requires that the bill is signed into law by the governor of Wisconsin, and remains law for 30 days afterwards without being stayed or nullified by a court action.
Both of these bills have apparently passed the Senate (but still need to be heard in the State Assembly).
