Resolution criteria
The race is scheduled for Sunday, June 14, 2026 at 3:00 p.m. (CEST). The winner will be determined by the driver who crosses the finish line first after completing the full race distance. Resolution will be based on the official FIA race results published on the Formula 1 official website.
Background
The Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya has hosted the Spanish Grand Prix since 1991. Starting in 2026, the official Spanish Grand Prix moves to a new street circuit in Madrid (scheduled for September 11โ13, 2026). The Catalunya circuit remains on the 2026 calendar as the host of the newly named Barcelona-Catalunya Grand Prix, scheduled for June 12โ14, 2026, as the 7th round of the F1 World Championship.
