OR the market will resolve "Yes" if the film is publicly withdrawn with apology or a note about a lawsuit, or settlement with the Trump organization.
The market will resolve "No" if time expires and there is no substantial legal action. For example the film being out in Europe but not in US does not count.

As far as I can find, no lawsuit was ever filed or mentioned again after the initial film release, Trump's threatened lawsuit, and the cease and desist letter.
I will resolve the market as NO. Unless something happened and didn't make its way into the press, it seems everyone just forgot about this -- including Trump, as well as the film watching public.
