This will resolve YES if she claims at trial that her actions at FTX/Alameda Research were due to SBF exerting coercive control in to their romatic relationship.

This will not include simply claims that she was following instructions because he was her boss - it specificlally relates to the romantic or personal aspects of their relationship.

This will resolve following the end of her evidence.

If she does not give evidence then this will resolve NO.
