The Houthi movement in Yemen has attacked shipping in the Red Sea. One might naively imagine that Egypt would be the party most upset by this, as it causes disruption for traffic through the Suez canal. But I find it hard to picture Egypt being the county to react.
Bombings, special forces operations, or sending troops to joining a coalition/Yemeni government military attack would all qualify.
