I'm using the Firefox extension leechblock for counting time spent on my laptop and the default iOS screentime function for time spent on my phone.
For this market, time spent on youtube, facebook and instagram on my laptop and time spent on instagram on my phone count. (I don't have facebook and youtube apps on my phone, and will only count time on instagram and not the default social media bucket offered by the screentime function).
According to Screen Time on my phone, my average time spent on instagram since 5 Feb 2024 is ~ 49,89 minutes a day. According to LeechBlock, myaverage time spent per day since last reset (6 Feb 2024) on the "Doomscrolling" bucket is ~ 78,83 minutes a day. Which makes a total average of 128,72 minutes a day on the screentime I'm counting for this market. I'm truncating this to 128. (See screenshots in comments, I will probably send similar screenshots when resoving).
Resolution : This market resolves YES if average daily counted time during the two next weeks (4 to 17 march included) using same method is no higher than 64 minutes per day. In the event calculations yield an average of exactly 64 minutes per day, this resolves YES.
Disclaimer : For a class I attend, one professor recommended us to watch some YouTube videos that are part of the MIT open courseware. I did not watch any of these videos during the past four weeks, but I may watch some of them during the next two weeks. In which case, I reserve the right to watch them using Google Chrome, therefore not counting time I spend watching them, because the purpose of this market is to reduce time I spend doomscrolling, not to fail this semester.
I will only bet YES on this market, and won't sell any YES shares.

Update after one week : I spent 3h44 on instagram on my phone this week, and 3h01 in the LeechBlock Doomscrolling bucket on my laptop. Which makes a total of 6h45 over 7 days ie 405 minutes ie an average of 57.86 minutes a day. Which means I'm on track so far, but only by a very thin margin of circa 6 minutes per day
@RanaG Right now I can’t update very much, I’m not home and don’t have my laptop with me. My total time spent on instagram so far this week is 2h52. I’m in UTC+1, where it’s 5:44 PM on a Saturday
