From December 25th, 2023 to January 7th, 2023 I will keep a track record of my bedtime available here, and use this market as an additional motivation source to fix my sleep schedule.

Bedtime associated to day X refers to the moment I go to bed and shut lights off for the night between day X and day X+1. A screwup is defined as any bedtime being past midnight, midnight not being a screwup and midnight plus one minute being a screwup. This market will resolve YES if and only if, between December 25th, 2023 and January 7th, 2023 I screw up no more than 2 times. 2 screwups would still let this market resolve YES, 3 screwups would cause it to resolve NO.

I live in time zone UTC+1 and will remain in that time zone for the whole duration of the tracking period.

I plan on just tracking manually my bedtime by writing it down, as I deem honesty and actually fixing my sleep way more important that anything cheating on this market could bring me.

If a procedure that would bring heavier proof of my bedtime is suggested in the comments before December 25th, 8 PM (UTC+1), I am open to add it as long as it's not too invasive. (for example I am not willing to put online a livestram of me sleeping)

I will only bet YES on this market, and will never sell any YES share I hold on this market.

@abledbody I haven’t been diagnosed with ADHD (and actually just didn’t seriously investigate that question).

Although having a certain history of going to bed quite late (ie sometimes between 1 am and 3 am), chronotype tests say I’m a bear
