Includes remasters/rereleases/ports. Basically any Halo title past/present/future that is confirmed for PS5 before 12/31/2025 resolves this as YES. Otherwise, NO.
Rumors will not be enough, it needs to be confirmed/announced by the studio or either Microsoft/Sony/subsidiaries of those companies.
I will also consider any form of Playstation Plus or playable online as YES.
