Resolves to the average price per m² for old apartments ("appartements anciens") in Paris intra-muros, as published by the Notaires du Grand Paris (paris.notaires.fr/fr/carte-des-prix), for "fin décembre 2027" — or the earliest 2028 data they publish if that exact label isn't used, expected around late May 2028 given their typical ~5-month publication lag.

The PDF/table data published on the same site will be used as the primary source, but the interactive map may also be used if needed (e.g. for cross-checking).

Baseline for reference: Paris (department 75) was reported at €9,600/m² for end of December 2025 (+1.4% YoY, -10.9% over 5 years), and at €9,520/m² for end of May 2026.

This question is scoped to allow observing early effects of the 2027 French presidential term on the housing market.
