The US Congressional Budget Office has built a microsimulation model of the individual income tax system, which they apply to many of their legislative scores. This microsimulation model pairs a tax calculator with representative (sensitive) tax records.
I will resolve this market to YES if CBO publicly releases the code for the tax calculator component of their microsimulation model by December 31, 2024.
