Resolves YES if any bill making South Carolina's state Earned Income Tax Credit at least partially refundable is signed into law by December 31, 2026.

For context, one such bill is H.3492, which would make 25% of the excess state EITC refundable. It is currently in the House Ways and Means Committee.

South Carolina's 2026 legislative session is scheduled to adjourn in mid-May.
