I applied today. The base rate is 17/142 = ~12% https://www.ox.ac.uk/admissions/graduate/courses/msc-genomic-medicine
They will do interviews with shortlisted candidates in January. I will update you in case I am invited for an interview, probably around end of December. After the interview, I would expect to learn whether I will be accepted into the program in February or March.
