Resolves YES if an automated Hawk-Eye or similar system is the primary source of balls-and-strikes calls, OR if pitchers, catchers and/or batters can appeal a human umpire's call (and have it overturned) with such a system, in a regular-season MLB game.
Resolves NO if such a system is only used in an exhibition; or informationally in a game; or not instituted. I will close the market and resolve NO if MLB declares that automation will not be used in 2024.
