I used 'chi-square test' to analyze the relationship between two variables, the occurrence of snowfall and the time of year(before November 15).

The data does not provide enough evidence to conclude that the occurrence of snow is related to the time before November 15 in Boston. But it's too small sample, so the test might not have enough power.
