Starbucks last year hopped on the boba drink craze and created two drinks they are testing in California that contain popping pearls with coffee inside. Will these drinks catch on?

Resolution criteria:
This market resolves YES if, on or before December 31, 2023, I can order a beverage from a local Starbucks that contains tapioca balls or popping pearls, and so can my three contacts in Idaho (Boise), Indiana (Indy), and Tennessee (Nashville). It also resolves YES if Starbucks has issued a press release or other nationally public marketing material announcing that such a launch has taken place. Otherwise it resolves NO.
I am not going to be checking if this is possible regularly. I will consider evaluating early if, in the comments, someone provides credible evidence that either a) a Starbucks location not in a major population center has recently started offering such drinks, or b) that Starbucks has nixed the experiment.
