I have worked out 7 times so far in January. I will only buy YES, I will not sell YES or buy/sell NO. If this market is not resolved by Feb 10th, resolves NO.
I try to workout MWF
My current workout:
- 5 sets of 10 drops from ~20 inches onto hard plastic on concrete where I try to land stiff legged to tell my osteocytes to build more bone. ~10 sec rest in between
- (+ 1 warm-up set) 3 sets of 5 reps of Barbell Front Squat
- (+ 1 warm-up set) 3 sets of 5 reps of Standing Barbell Overhead Press
- (+ 1 warm-up set) 2 sets of 3 reps of Barbell Sumo Deadlift
I lift what I perceive to be heavy. I generally slow and struggle with the final reps of my last sets.

@MarySmith You showed great character to persevere even when faced with illness, I'm glad you were able to achieve/meet your goal.
@Hakari I think I was wrong. Maybe it's just a sinus infection or both sinus and ear. Sinuses are hurting.
@MarySmith you shouldn't be sprinting anywhere if your inner ear is compromised.
Your lifting workout may be fine at lower intensity but if you do go for it, stop as soon as you feel fatigue, don't push through it like a normal workout.
