Background

Sen. Fetterman was the only YEA vote for Pam Bondi as Attorney General, despite what seems to be the start of a recent party-wide push against Trump's picks. RFK JR. as Health and Human Services (HHS) secretary is probably Trump's most controversial pick. He has very little support with Democrats due to his positions, words, and actions. Fetterman appeared open to voting for Kennedy before his committee hearing, but has called his appearance "not a slam dunk" and voted No on advancing his nomination. Fetterman has not said whether or not he plans to vote for Kennedy, calling the matter "moot." Will Fetterman vote Yes on RFK?

Resolution

If he votes YEA, this resolves yes. If he doesn't, either because of a NO or because he didn't vote on RFK, this market resolves NO.
