Resolves YES if John Fetterman:
Has a book tour for his memoir, "Unfettered" (slated for release in November 2025),
With 5 or more planned in-person appearances (not including TV or radio interviews without an audience),
and none of them are cancelled due to worries about protesters or "security concerns" (like Chuck Schumer's book tour).
Resolves NO if Fetterman is fettered: If Fetterman has no book tour, there are fewer than 5 appearances planned, or any appearance gets cancelled due to protestors or "security concerns."
If the name of the book gets changed, it WILL be a tragedy, but won't affect resolution of this market.

Fetterman has not had a book tour with more than five physical appearances. He had one scheduled in Harrisburg with the other senator from PA, but it got cancelled, not because of protestors, but because of medical concerns. This resolves NO.
@Marnix looks like there's no "tour" dates announced, really. He's apparently planning an event in March with McCormick.
