Currently trump is charged with a wobbler offense of false documents. This requires a second charge and cannot be a felony on its own. As it stands the charges are currently illogical and have a substantial chance of being dropped, or dropped and then refiled in a stronger way.

This evaluates YES if no additional felony charges are added by close. NO in any other case. I will not repeatedly move the close date forever like certain creators.
