Resolution Criteria

Resolves YES if:

By December 31, 2026, at least one company founded or led by Malik Samara is publicly documented to have achieved a valuation of $100,000,000 USD or greater, as evidenced by one or more of the following:

• A priced equity financing round led by an institutional investor at or above a $100M post-money valuation

• A merger or acquisition implying a valuation of $100M or greater

• A public market listing with a market capitalization of $100M or greater

Resolves NO if:

No company founded or led by Malik Samara meets the above criteria by December 31, 2026.
