I'll probably pay out MULTI. I plan to 55-70% to the photo I pick for my profiles after editing, and 15-30% to the photos I submit for editing. I might pay out something for photos my friends or the photographer like but which don't make the cut for editing. The ante will be used to make this market lucrative for you. I will add to it if the interest in the market is high. Below is the album with all the photos I consider (already pre-selected). I have put up my most likely candidates as options. going to, late, say that I think the lighting is better in 7 (especially across your face), but seeing as these are all pre-editing, that might not matter
Thanks for the feedback. I will get #4, #8 and #6 edited. I'll resolve this market when they are finished and I decided which to use.

@MM This one has the most natural pose and smile! https://imgur.com/bEkgwZk is a decent second choice, but the lighting on the face is flatter, just a bit too low-contrast.

@MM It is a close call. I went for the one I can most picture being on a portfolio website. Nothing more specific than that, sorry!
You're already using the best! The glasses are a good look, and some of the poses look a bit too posed.
