AB 12 (Matt Haney) would limit the maximum security deposit to one month's rent (currently two months' rent). It is at the governor's desk. This market will resolve to YES if the Governor approves the bill (signs or allows to pass without signing). If the Govenor vetoes and the Legislature does not take the bill back up, this market will resolve to NO.
