Resolution Criteria

This market resolves YES if, by September 30, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET, the U.S. Supreme Court issues an order or decision in Department of Homeland Security, et al. v. League of Women Voters, et al. (No. 26A308) that substantially allows the Trump administration to resume use of the expanded SAVE system for voter-eligibility or voter-roll verification while the litigation continues.

The market resolves NO if the Supreme Court denies the administration's application, or if no Supreme Court order substantially allowing such use of the expanded SAVE system has been issued by the end of September 30, 2026.

A partial ruling resolves YES only if it substantially permits use of the expanded SAVE system for voter-eligibility or voter-roll verification.

The primary resolution source will be the official U.S. Supreme Court docket and orders. Reputable major news organizations may be used as secondary sources.

The market is intentionally scheduled to close before the expected resolution event, allowing traders a reasonable forecasting window and helping ensure that bets reflect genuine predictions rather than information emerging immediately before the outcome
