no accident must ever help the detective

"no accident must ever help the detective" is a developing glowfic, thematically influenced heavily by Disco Elysium, written by Syzygy. As yet it's not clear where exactly it's set. Even if it's in Golarion as looks potentially likely, what kind of Golarion? Orthodox Paizogolarion? Nandwich Golarion? Lintagolarion? Something else altogether?

The market resolves to the choice that best reflects the nature of the setting as given by a reasonable consensus of users in the comments here and/or in the #reactions subthread on the Glowfic Discord server.

Anyone may add answers. I reserve the right to N/A or arbitrarily resolve answers should I deem them to be any of: overly broad even on addition, unhelpful, spammy, offensive, or otherwise displeasing or noisome to me.

Any answer marked with a [!] must be a special answer. Such an answer is one that significantly modifies or blends with another answer that it depends on. I will only resolve to more than one answer if I resolve to such an answer; in that case the [!] answer will get 67% resolve share and the answer it depends on will get 33% resolve share. (For example, if it turns out that "no accident must ever help the detective" is set in Syzygy's take on the world of Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous, the market will resolve 67% to "[!] Syzygy's take on (X)" and 33% to "Some iteration of "Pathfinder: the Video Game""... unless someone else has specifically added "Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous", in which case the 33% goes to that choice entirely instead of the broader "Pathfinder: the Video Game" choice.

That is: the [!] gets twice as much resolve share as what it depends on.

I will extend the close date should that be necessary, and my determination, while good-faith, will be sole and final.

Just to be clear: this market will partially resolve to "[!] Syzygy's DE-esque take on (X)" if and only if there really is something substantively different about the take over the choice it depends on; additionally, "games of no chance" would count as sufficiently different from classic NGNL.
