Birdo hasn't been called Birdetta in any game, even in a trivia context, for a long time - since SSBB as far as I can tell. They may or may not affirm her chosen gender but they're pretty conservative when it comes to both changing canon, and revisiting old canon they;re embarrassed about, so I really doubt they'd drag up 'Birdetta' for a name change now.

Worldwide? All languages? Her gender and name appear to be inconsistently portrayed.
